Designcore operates a modern manufacturing 380,000 square foot facility in Brooklyn, NY.  Our facility is equipped with state of the art digitally controlled equipment as well as staffed of highly skilled craftsmen such that we can service your most challenging needs and challenging schedules.  

At Designcore, we believe we must maintain at state of the art manufacturing facility not only to continue to be industry leaders, but to provide the high quality products and services our customers expect.  Our facility includes the latest in CNC routers, panel saws, edge banders, molders, sanders, shapers, and formers.  

Our facility primarily employs top of the line Biesse equipment.  All of the manufacturing equipment in our shop is under three years old.  This enables us to remain a state of the art facility, enable us to use the most efficient equipment available, and enable us to tackle the most challenging of jobs that many competitors cannot touch.
